How is fat created in the body?

The body and our organism are perfect, and nothing in them is there by chance, even when we talk about fat, which you may be surprised to learn is very necessary.

If you think fat is just another word for getting fat, you are very wrong!

    Fat is necessary because:

    • It protects the organs

    • It provides us with protection against the cold

    • It is stored as potential for energy production

Those three are basically the functions of fat in the body, and they are very important; however, despite being very helpful for some things, it is also a substance that spreads easily throughout the body, creating weight problems.

Do you know what the sequence for creating fat is?

It is very important for us that you know how it is created so that, if you have a problem with it, you can tackle it from the root.

    The formula is:

Glucose (blood sugar) + insulin = stored fat creation.

Now that you know the how, we will explain more about the process.

The reason fat is stored is because there is an excess of glucose, and the body responds by sending insulin to counteract it, so that this excess glucose does not affect the body, it stores it in the form of fat and places it far from our vital organs.

For glucose to exist, there must first be food intake and the excess glucose is produced by eating large amounts of carbohydrates, refined carbohydrates, and sugars; these three are the food groups that affect it the most and force the body to use insulin.

That is why a diet based on these food groups is the reason and cause of overweight in many people.

    • 🍞 Bread

    • 🍝 Pasta

    • 🌾 Flour

    • 🍚 Rice

    • 🍌 Banana

    • 🥔 Potato

    • 🥔 Tubers

    • 🥣 Cereals

    • 🥛 Milk

    • 🍬 Sugar

    • 🍭 Sweets

    • 🍫 Chocolate

    • 🥤 Fruit juices

    • 🥤 Sugary sodas

Do you often consume any of them?

Even eating them can become more harmful to the body if you mix them; some menu examples:

    • 🥣 Cereal with milk

    • 🍞🍝 Bread and pasta

    • 🍕 Pizza and soda

    • 🍹 Fruit juice and oats

    • 🍫🍌 Chocolate with banana

    • 🍚🍌 Rice with banana

The only thing this combination of foods does is raise your glucose levels to such an extent that, once insulin has stepped in to turn it into energy reserves, more of it is left over and becomes stored fat because the reserves are already full.

There is something else you should know!

Although fat is very light, it is one of the substances in the body that takes up the most space, so when you encourage its creation through food, you begin to notice that your body grows and expands, because the fat needs to be distributed throughout it.

That is why the belly appears, also called abdominal fat, and why sometimes you see your arms and legs grow, and even your face can start to show it.

Without a doubt, a proper diet will be the effective way to combat body fat, and that is why we would like you to read more about NaturalSlim®’s 3x1® Diet in one of our previous blogs
