REFUND POLICY

Please send your refund request to sales@relaxslim.com.

Include your order number and specify the product(s) for which you are requesting a refund. Refund requests will only be processed if submitted within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT OPENED PRODUCTS.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, we will contact the customer and offer the option to have it reshipped to a different address or receive a refund. These options are only available for orders shipped within the United States.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid delivery issues.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

For orders refused within the United States, shipping charges will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, please call 1-888-348-7352. Only orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled.
