How do you use Coco-10 Plus®?
How do you use Coco-10 Plus®?
The dose is increased gradually, half a tablespoon per week, up to the maximum the body tolerates.
Important note: People with an excited nervous system should take a maximum of 1 tablespoon a day.
Gradual dose increase table:
Week Daily dose
Week 1 ½ tablespoon a day
Week 2 1 tablespoon a day
Week 3 1½ tablespoons a day
Week 4 2 tablespoons a day (general maximum)
The general maximum is 4 tablespoons a day (week 4 onward). Adjust according to individual tolerance.
About the product's consistency: Coconut oil solidifies when the room temperature is below 76°F. This is normal — it does not mean it has spoiled. Just warm it slightly and it will turn liquid again. It does not need refrigeration.
