Good Flora®- Probiotics

The intestinal flora is made up of good bacteria that protect the body, contribute to better digestion and absorption of food, and support your energy levels and overall health*.

When the intestinal flora is depleted, pathogenic (disease-causing) organisms take over. Replenishing those good bacteria with probiotics can greatly improve intestinal function and its natural movement.*

Each bottle contains 60 capsules with 7 select types of probiotics. Each capsule contains 15 billion good bacteria that help to:

• Restore normal intestinal function
• Clean the intestinal walls
• Fight fungi and putrefying bacteria
• Restore the internal environment of the intestine

Good Flora® can be used in three different ways depending on each person's goals:

1. As part of an anti-candida treatment

Follow the instructions and recommended doses of your anti-candida treatment and check with your Metabolism Consultant.

2. To activate the second brain

Combine Good Flora® with a daily tablespoon of Glucotein® in your shake or vegetable juice.

• Initial “super load” dose: 15 capsules a day (5-5-5) for 4 days — 60 capsules total over 4 days
• Maintenance: 2 Good Flora® capsules a day

3. For a Deep Intestinal Cleanse (LIP Program)

Combine Good Flora® with Helpzymes® in the following proportion:

• 2 Good Flora® capsules + 2 Helpzymes® capsules, three times a day with meals

The Helpzymes® enzymes gradually soften and loosen the crust built up on the intestinal wall, while Good Flora® cleans the walls, improves absorption and helps detoxify the intestine.

Continue the LIP program until you experience a feeling of efficient emptying and complete cleanliness. From then on, continue with 2 Good Flora® capsules a day as maintenance.
